Refund Policy
EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS:
We'd like to inform customers that all changes to orders must be made known to us via email ASAP preferably within 12 hours from the time the order is placed. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to amend your order details anymore, unfortunately. Once an order has been placed, we regret to inform you that we do not allow any cancellations as we work very quickly in processing all our orders. This is to ensure minimal disruption to our order fulfillment team. Should an exception be made, all order cancellations will be subjected to a cancellation fee of $5.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please get in touch with us via email for return/exchange instructions within 7 days from the time the parcel is delivered to you. Products must be unused with tags attached.
Please note, that we do not cover the return shipping cost. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ensure the returned item is shipped via a traceable shipping method. All exchanges & refunds will only be processed when we have received the actual product back in our warehouse.

Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a store credit or a refund of the item's cost, minus shipping and handling costs incurred by CHcentral.

Holiday Returns: Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st of the following year for exchange, store credit, or refund.

Non-Refundable Items: Gift certificates, special orders, items marked "Made to Order," items selling for over $1000.00, personalized items, bulk orders of 3 or more of the same item, and layaway purchases are nonrefundable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, use your "Completed Orders Page" or contact Customer Service for a return authorization number (RMA). Follow the specified return instructions, including insuring the return for its full value.

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued after receipt of the returned item in its original packaging. Refunds may be in the form of replacement, CHcentral Gift Card, refund check, or credit to the original credit/debit card.

Damaged Shipments or Defective Items: Report damaged or defective items within 3 days of receipt. Keep all original packaging for damaged items. CHcentral will replace damaged or defective items at no cost and handle the return processing.
